Short-term rentals (Airbnb)

Seasonal and other short rentals must be registered. Outside the incorporated villages, a seasonal rental property can't be rented or occupied by anyone other than the owner or immediate family without a rental registry number from the Building Department (§ 199-1-2), and every advertisement must show the number (§ 199-1-3).
