Reporting an error
If a summary looks wrong or out of date, please include the page address, the statute or ordinance you think applies, and a link to the official source if you have one. We re-check the rule against the primary source and correct confirmed errors, and every correction is listed in the changelog.
Suggesting coverage
Tell us which state topic or city you would like added. We prioritize the rules landlords look up most and only publish a rule once we have read it on an official source.
What we can't do
We can't give legal advice about your situation or review leases or notices. For that, contact a licensed attorney or your local bar association's lawyer referral service.
