What are the Airbnb / short-term rental rules in Idaho?

Idaho counties and cities may not ban short-term rentals or require a license, fee, permit or registration to operate one. Short-term rentals stay subject to the same noise, parking, nuisance and other rules as other homes. Statute text: "No county or city shall require a license, fee, permit, certification, or registration to operate a short-term rental." (Idaho Code § 67-6539).
