Idaho Required lease disclosures
What disclosures must a landlord give tenants in Idaho?
Idaho's landlord-tenant statutes impose no general lease disclosure requirements (full chapters read). Any fee, including a late fee, must be reasonable. A fee may not exceed what the rental agreement states, and generally may not be charged if it is not in a written agreement. Federal lead-paint disclosure still applies to pre-1978 housing.
