Oregon Required lease disclosures
What disclosures must a landlord give tenants in Oregon?
At or before move-in, the landlord must disclose in writing the name and address of the manager and of the owner or the owner's agent for service. For premises with 4 or fewer units, the landlord must disclose any pending foreclosure, trustee's sale, forfeiture or tax-lien foreclosure before the lease is signed.
