Can a tenant fix something and deduct it from rent in Idaho?

The only repair-and-deduct right in Idaho Code Title 6 ch. 3 is for smoke detectors. If working detectors aren't installed within 72 hours of the tenant's certified letter, the tenant may install them and deduct the cost from next month's rent. A search of the full chapter found no general repair-and-deduct remedy.
