Short-term rentals (Airbnb)
Yes. It is unlawful to rent or offer a short-term rental without a City STR license, and each STR needs its own license. Licenses last one year, must be renewed with a fee, and can't be transferred. Arizona law bars cities from banning short-term rentals (A.R.S. § 9-500.39).
