Pennsylvania Rent increase notice
How much notice does a landlord need to give to raise the rent in Pennsylvania?
Pennsylvania's Landlord and Tenant Act of 1951 sets no rent-increase notice period (full act read). Its only rent-increase rule is that, after 5 years of tenancy, an increase does not require a bigger deposit (§ 511.1(d)).
