Pennsylvania Notice to enter
How much notice does a landlord have to give before entering a rental in Pennsylvania?
Tenants must give the landlord reasonable access for maintenance, repairs and showings, under the implied covenant of quiet enjoyment. The Attorney General's guide does not state a fixed notice period.
