Under the Manufactured Home Residency Act, a community landlord may change rent after the lease term ends only with 90 days' written notice. Increases must be uniform, and rental agreements or rules can be amended no more than once every six months. Code text: "A landlord may increase or decrease rents after expiration of the lease term, but only with ninety (90) days’ written notice to the residents."
