Manufactured / mobile home parks in Nevada

In a Nevada manufactured home park, the landlord must give tenants written notice 90 days before the first rent payment that goes up. A park rental agreement can be ended only on the grounds listed in NRS 118B.200, such as unpaid rent or charges not paid within 10 days after written notice of delinquency, uncorrected rule or code violations, nuisance conduct, or a change in land use. Statute text: "the rental agreement described in NRS 118B.190 may not be terminated except on one or more of the following grounds" (NRS 118B.150(1)(a)(3), 118B.200(1)).
