Manufactured / mobile home parks in Utah

Mobile home parks may terminate a resident's lease only on the grounds listed in the Mobile Home Park Residency Act, and leases must be written and signed. Statute text: "A mobile home park or its agents may not terminate a lease or rental agreement upon any ground other than as specified in this chapter" (Utah Code § 57-16-4(1)).
