Eviction record sealing in Idaho

For eviction cases filed on or after Jan. 1, 2025, the records are automatically shielded from public view when the whole case was dismissed, no appeal is pending, and at least 3 years have passed since filing (or the parties filed a stipulation to shield). Any party may also petition for sealing under Idaho Supreme Court rules.
