Oregon Eviction record sealing
Eviction record sealing in Oregon
A tenant with an eviction judgment may move to set it aside and seal the records once eligible, for example after satisfying any money award. Courts must also, once a year, set aside and seal old eviction judgments that meet the statute's conditions, such as having no unpaid money award.
