What can a landlord do with property a tenant leaves behind in Idaho?
After an eviction judgment, a residential tenant has 72 hours to remove belongings. After that, and 3 days after the court's finding, the sheriff restores possession, and the landlord may remove and dispose of remaining property, subject to security interests.
