What can a landlord do with property a tenant leaves behind in Wyoming?

After termination, the landlord may immediately dispose of hazardous, perishable or valueless items. Valuable property requires a written notice. If the tenant does not respond in writing within 7 days, the property is deemed abandoned. If the tenant does respond, it is held 7 more days. Tenants owe reasonable storage costs.
