What can a tenant do if the landlord won't make repairs in Colorado?

If the warranty of habitability is breached and the problem is not fixed, the tenant may end the lease without penalty with 10 to 60 days' written notice. Other remedies are available under the section, including termination when a condition recurs within 6 months.
