Short-term rentals (Airbnb)

Yes. Every new owner or operator must complete a registration form and obtain a certificate of fitness before offering a unit as a short-term rental (under 30 consecutive days). Units where the operator or owner doesn't live in the unit, the building or on the property are generally not eligible, subject to an exception for certain existing non-owner-occupied units.
