Massachusetts Notice to enter
How much notice does a landlord have to give before entering a rental in Massachusetts?
Massachusetts sets no advance-notice period. A lease may allow entry only to inspect, repair or show the unit; otherwise entry is limited to a court order, apparent abandonment, or a damage inspection in the last 30 days of the tenancy.
