Rental licensing / registration
Yes. Each residential rental unit must have a City rental housing license, which runs January 1 to December 31 and must be renewed every year. Owners must provide a certificate of inspection when the City requires it, no more than once every five years. Recent inspections or self-certification may satisfy this.
