Can a tenant break a lease early for domestic violence or military service in Wyoming?

Under the Wyoming Safe Homes Act, a tenant who leaves because of a credible imminent threat of, or recent (within 60 days), domestic abuse or sexual violence, with 7 days' written notice and medical, court or police evidence, has an affirmative defense against rent for the period after moving out.
