Utah Late fee grace period

Is there a grace period before a late fee can be charged in Utah?

The Utah Fit Premises Act (ch. 57-22, read in full on 2026-10-15) sets no late-fee grace period. Late fees are capped at the greater of 10% of the agreed rent or $75.
