Idaho Late fee grace period

Is there a grace period before a late fee can be charged in Idaho?

Idaho Code (Title 6 ch. 3 and Title 55 chs. 2–3, read in full on 2026-10-15) sets no late-fee grace period. Late fees must be reasonable and in the lease, and fees not in a written lease need 30 days' written notice (for leases signed or renewed on or after 7/1/2023).
