What disclosures must a landlord give tenants in Texas?

If towing or parking rules apply when a lease is signed in a multiunit complex, the landlord must give the tenant a copy before signing (§ 92.0131(b)). A landlord with an on-site office must provide a 24-hour emergency phone number and post it outside the office (§ 92.020).
