Arkansas Required lease disclosures
What disclosures must a landlord give tenants in Arkansas?
Arkansas's Residential Landlord-Tenant Act (ch. 18-17) imposes no lease disclosure requirements (full chapter read). It mentions disclosure only in defining a manager who fails to disclose as a 'landlord.' Federal lead-paint disclosure still applies to pre-1978 housing.
