Last reviewed 2026-10-15

What disclosures must a landlord give tenants in Oklahoma?

The lease must name the person and address for service and notices. At or before move-in, the landlord must disclose in writing the manager and owner (or owner's agent). If the landlord knows the premises flooded within the past 5 years, that must be disclosed in the lease.
