Eviction notices for other grounds (lease violation, no-fault) in Pennsylvania

For a lease breach or end of term, the landlord's written notice to quit must give 15 days if the lease is for one year or less or has no fixed end date, and 30 days if the lease is for more than one year. Drug-related lease breaches under Section 505-A need 10 days. A lease can shorten or waive these notice periods.
