Oregon Retaliation protections
Is landlord retaliation illegal in Oregon?
A landlord may not raise rent, cut services, give a termination notice, or bring or threaten an eviction because the tenant complained to a government agency about code, mail or discrimination violations, made a good-faith complaint to the landlord, or joined a tenant organization, among other protected acts.
