Oklahoma Abandoned property
What can a landlord do with property a tenant leaves behind in Oklahoma?
Property with no apparent value may be disposed of. For property with value, the landlord must give written notice by certified mail. Property left 30 days or longer is conclusively abandoned and may be disposed of reasonably, with sale-notice procedures for certain property.
