Kentucky Lease renewal / non-renewal notice
Does a landlord have to give notice before not renewing a lease in Kentucky?
A tenant who holds over gets no right to stay, and the landlord can recover possession without notice if it files within 90 days after the term ends. If the landlord doesn't file in that time, the tenancy effectively continues for another year, and so on from year to year.
