Under Iowa's Manufactured Home Communities or Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, a park may end a rental agreement for a material breach on at least 30 days' written notice if the breach is not fixed within 14 days, or after 3 days' written notice for unpaid rent. Code text: "the rental agreement will terminate upon a date not less than thirty days after receipt of the notice if the breach is not remedied in fourteen days."
