Manufactured / mobile home parks in Wisconsin

In a Wisconsin manufactured or mobile home community, the operator can end a tenancy or refuse to renew a lease only on the grounds listed in § 710.15(5m), such as unpaid rent or charges or disorderly conduct. The operator must give at least 90 days' written notice before permanently retiring the community or a site from the rental market. Statute text: "the tenancy of a resident or occupant in a community may not be terminated, nor may the renewal of the lease be denied by the community operator, except upon any of the following grounds" (Wis. Stat. § 710.15(5m), (5r)).
