If land leased to a mobile or manufactured home owner is being developed for another use, the landowner must give at least 90 days' notice to vacate and remove the home. This does not apply to notices based on a lease breach. Code text: "if the property is developed for an alternate use, give no less than ninety days notice to vacate and remove the home from the real property."
