Idaho Move-in/move-out checklist

Is a move-in or move-out inspection checklist required in Idaho?

The Idaho AG manual recommends (it does not say the law requires) that the landlord provide a room-by-room checklist and that landlord and tenant inspect together at move-in, recording defects, ideally on video. Each party should keep a copy.
