Connecticut Lease renewal / non-renewal notice
Does a landlord have to give notice before not renewing a lease in Connecticut?
For tenants who are 62 or older, or who have a qualifying disability (or live with such a family member), in buildings of 5+ units or mobile home parks, a landlord may not bring an eviction except for listed good causes such as nonpayment, refusing a fair rent increase, or material noncompliance.
