Colorado Retaliation protections
Is landlord retaliation illegal in Colorado?
A landlord may not retaliate after a good-faith complaint about habitability or safety (to the landlord, a nonprofit or a government agency), joining a tenants' association, or using habitability remedies. Prohibited retaliation includes raising rent, cutting services, ending or not renewing the tenancy, bringing or threatening eviction, harassment, or charging fees.
