Short-term rentals (Airbnb)
Yes. Operating a short-term rental (stays of less than 30 days) without a City license is unlawful. Permitted types are detached homes, duplexes, attached dwellings of up to 8 units and triplexes/quadplexes, plus owner-occupied condominiums. An approved ADU qualifies when the main home is the owner's primary residence, but not if the main home is also used as a short-term rental. Overnight occupancy is limited to two people per legal bedroom plus two.
