Rental licensing / registration
Yes. It is unlawful to operate a rental facility in the City without first getting a City rental facility license (classes include apartment, single dwelling unit and accessory apartment licenses), or under an expired, revoked or suspended license. The facility must be inspected before a license is issued or renewed.
