Short-term rentals (Airbnb)
Yes. Every short-term rental host needs an active annual registration (on April 1 of each year), and the registration number must appear prominently in all listings. Owners who live outside Washington County must designate a managing agent in the county, and every property needs a Washington County emergency contact. New owners must register within 30 days of purchase.
