Short-term rentals (Airbnb)
Mostly prohibited. Transient vacation rentals are banned except where the code allows them. Single-family vacation rentals are banned in all areas not designated as Visitor Destination Areas, except properties on the National or State Register of Historic Places. Single-family rentals that operated outside a Visitor Destination Area before March 7, 2008 need a Nonconforming Use Certificate to continue.
