Wyoming Just-cause eviction
Does a landlord need just cause to evict in Wyoming?
The state landlord-tenant statute (Wyo. Stat. §§ 1-21-1001 to 1-21-1211 (forcible entry and detainer; Residential Rental Property Act), read in full on 2026-10-16) has no provision on a general just-cause (good-cause) requirement for ending a tenancy.
