Wisconsin Right to cure / redeem
Right to cure / redeem in Wisconsin
With a 5-day remedy-or-vacate notice for a non-rent breach, the tenant complies by promptly taking reasonable steps to fix the default and continuing with reasonable diligence, or, where damages are adequate protection for the landlord, by making a good-faith offer to pay all damages. A landlord can instead use a 14-day notice with no cure right.
