Can the city inspect my rental property in Washington?

Washington cities may require landlords to provide a certificate of inspection, but no more than once every three years. Properties with a certificate of occupancy in the last four years and no reported code violations are exempt. Statute text: "A local municipality may only require a certificate of inspection on a rental property once every three years" (RCW 59.18.125).
