Vermont short-term rental operators must post the Division of Fire Safety's health and safety guidance in a conspicuous place in the rental and provide it as part of the rental, and online platforms must make that guidance available to operators. Statute text: "physically post the guidance under subsection (a) of this section in a conspicuous place in any short-term rental offered for rent in this State" (20 V.S.A. § 2678).
