For mobile home park residents, notice to quit at lease end or for breach is 30 days (lease under one year) or 3 months (one year or more). For unpaid rent it is 15 days from April 1 to August 31 and 30 days from September 1 to March 31. A park owner may recover a space only after a legal eviction under the Mobile Home Park Rights Act, a written mutual agreement, or when the resident chooses to leave at lease end.
