Pennsylvania Early termination (DV/military)
Can a tenant break a lease early for domestic violence or military service in Pennsylvania?
No stand-alone right to end a lease early. Unless the lease allows it or the landlord has breached, a tenant who moves out may owe rent until the lease ends or the unit is re-rented, and the landlord has no duty to find a new tenant.
