Eviction notices for other grounds (lease violation, no-fault) in Oregon
For a material violation of the lease or of the tenant's legal duties, the landlord may give a written notice that names the violation and ends the tenancy on a date at least 30 days after delivery. If the violation can be cured, the notice must say so, describe a way to cure it and give a cure deadline.
