Can a tenant break a lease early for domestic violence or military service in North Dakota?

A tenant who is a domestic violence victim, or fears imminent domestic violence from a person named in a court or protection order, may end the lease without penalty. Written notice stating the termination date must be delivered before termination. Landlords must keep the information confidential and may not retaliate.
