North Carolina Notice to enter
How much notice does a landlord have to give before entering a rental in North Carolina?
There is no fixed statutory period. Entry rights come from the lease, and entry must be at reasonable times and on reasonable notice. If the lease doesn't address entry, the landlord has no right to enter during the term.
