Condo conversion protections in New Hampshire

An owner converting rental units to condominiums or co-ops must first send each tenant a notice of intent to convert by registered mail. After that notice, the tenant can be evicted only on the grounds the statute lists, such as nonpayment or a material lease violation. Code text: "the tenant shall not be evicted from his dwelling unit except upon the following grounds."
